Technology has made major advances in recent years.
Many homeschoolers rely on technology for their homeschool environment. Research projects, presentations, online organization, and many more tools are used in today's teaching.
Now technology has reached the special needs community more than ever before. Simple online programs have allowed more parents to homeschool. Deafness, mutism, blindness, adhd, cerebral palsy, and many more special needs are no longer hindered in learning in a homeschool environment because technology has allowed affordable programs. Computers, ipads, even cell phones have made revolutionary progress in education and excessibility.
